Specialists in CIPP lining, working alongside your team.

FlowCore Technical Solutions provides specialist technical expertise to contractors and asset owners delivering cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining projects.

We focus on one thing — planning and installing CIPP liners. UV-cured liners are our lead specialism, but we also support hot cure (hot water inversion) and other CIPP technologies. Most of our work is office-based: design, specification, method statements and day-to-day technical advice. When installations get complex, we attend site to support your crew directly.

Three ways we support CIPP installations.

/ 01

CIPP planning and design

Survey review, liner specification, method statements, RAMS, and programme support. We help plan the install on paper — before anyone goes to site — so the job runs as designed.

Office-based technical support

Day-to-day technical advice for your project team — specification queries, resin and liner selection, troubleshooting and programme input. Expert support, available when you need it.

On-site attendance

When installations get complex — large diameters, difficult access, mixed materials, awkward configurations — we attend site and work alongside your installation crew throughout the job.

UV Cured In Place

A resin-impregnated liner is drawn into the existing pipe and pressed against the host walls. A train of UV lamps then travels through the liner, curing the resin into a structural pipe within a pipe — no excavation required, and the network stays in service.

We work with your team
We don't take over the job — we integrate into your existing project team and support the work you're already doing. No parallel process, no extra layers of management.
/ 02
Office and on-site
Most of our support is office-based: planning, specifications, design and technical advice. When the install gets complex, we come to site and work alongside your crew.
/ 03
CIPP is our specialism
We focus on cured-in-place pipe lining — not every rehabilitation method out there. Deep expertise in one area, applied to your project.
/ 04
Built around the contractor
Our service flexes to your way of working — your programme, your document control, your team. The job is yours; we adapt to fit it.
